After the install
DFRNT-accredited installers do the work to our standard, and your contract sits with DFRNT rather than whoever turns up. Afterwards you get the system logbook, a check-in once it’s running, and help if performance drops.

What we quote is what you pay
The quote is broken out, explained and final. If the site throws up something — a shading problem, a bit of structural work — we talk it over with you before any money is spent.
Our work, covered for 10 years
How it’s installed is on us. Wiring, mounting and workmanship all sit under our 10-year workmanship warranty.
If it doesn’t perform
Falls short of what we modelled in the first 12 months, and it’s something we control? We come out, find the cause and sort it.
Someone you can ring
The person on the phone knows your system and what’s been done to it. That holds from the first site visit through the check-in and after.
We’d rather be straight than agreeable. If a battery doesn’t stack up on your numbers, or the roof isn’t suited to panels, you’ll hear it from us.

Is a battery worth it?
Often not. It depends on when you use power, how much, and what you already have on the roof. If the numbers don’t work, we’ll tell you straight.
Why not quote one flat price?
Because the system you need, and what it costs to fit, depend on your roof, your switchboard and how much you use. Your bill gives us the indicative figure; the site check gives us the final itemised one.
Which brands do you use?
Tier-1 panels, well-regarded inverters and batteries from companies with proper support in Australia. Whatever’s in your quote is named and specified, and it’s what gets installed — no swaps. We fit what we’d fit at home.
Do you come in dearer than others?
Sometimes, particularly next to a single figure with no brands attached. Put the lines side by side and you can see what your money buys. We’d sooner miss out than win the job by keeping you in the dark.
Could the price change after I sign?
Your quote states what’s covered. If the site turns up something nobody expected and the work changes, we come to you before anything extra is charged.
